Terms of Service

By accessing or using NoCodeExport, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the service.

NoCodeExport provides tools and services that help users export websites from supported platforms, configure delivery or deployment workflows, and optionally purchase subscription features or rebuild services.

Some features depend on third-party services, supported platforms, public site access, or site-specific technical constraints. Not every site or interaction can be exported with identical behavior.

• You may only export, process, deploy, or rebuild websites and assets that you own or that you are authorized to handle.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NoCodeExport does not violate copyright, contract terms, privacy rights, platform rules, or any other third-party rights.
• We may suspend service, remove exports, or refuse requests that appear unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your account and connected tools.
• Do not share credentials or use the service to access systems, websites, or content you are not permitted to access.
• You remain responsible for the content you submit, the destinations you connect, and the consequences of how you deploy or use exported files.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal or other billing flows we provide.
• When you cancel, paid features generally remain available until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, limits, and feature entitlements may change prospectively. We may update plan details or stop offering a plan with reasonable notice where required.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we make a specific written offer.

If a rebuild service, quote, checkout page, invoice, or written scope includes revisions, credits, or a satisfaction/refund commitment, that service-specific offer controls for that purchase.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, paywalls, or access restrictions you are not authorized to bypass.
• Do not use the service in a way that interferes with the platform, other users, or third-party systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, forge request origins, or submit malicious content, malware, or automated abuse traffic.

We retain all rights in NoCodeExport, including our software, branding, documentation, and proprietary workflows.

Except for our rights in the service itself, you retain the rights you already hold in the site content and materials you lawfully submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact export fidelity, or compatibility with every platform change, script, animation, or third-party dependency.

Features may depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Stack Auth, hosting providers, support tools, and website platforms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeExport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoCodeExport and its affiliates, officers, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of your content, your use of the service, your exports, your connected services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, violates these Terms, or threatens the integrity of the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
